Our initial phase is where pastors partner in preservation. The preservation component is really about keeping pastors healthy by offering resources to you that encourage you, build you up, and help you stay connected to other pastors. Our second phase involves ministering to pastors who are experiencing burnout and are truly at a low place in their lives. The goal of this phase is to step into the life of the pastor and his family to help with a season of healing and renovation. We want to help you find a renewed passion to pastor your church and fulfill God’s call on your life. Our goal is to intervene in a pastor’s life before you get to a place where you may make a decision that could challenge your character or quit ministry all together. This process varies based on the need of each pastor and can include site visits, preaching in the pulpit, meeting with the family, meeting with the board members, or more. The final phase of support we offer is for those needing restoration. This is the time in the pastor's life when you’ve already stepped into a season where your character has been challenged through accusations of moral failure, or when you’ve already stepped into moral failure. In this time you need another pastor that understands what you’re going through to step in and help restore you based on Galatians 6:1. As you may know, this is a process and you need someone to walk through the restoration with the family of the pastor, the board, the elders, and the church. We help with this entire process of restoration and truth be told, this is what truly sets Pastor to Pastor apart from other pastor’s networks.
