Pastor to Pastor is an independently funded tax-exempt organization that exists because of our ministry partners who believe in supporting pastors around the country. We all believe that the local church is the hope of the world, and we need healthy pastors leading those churches.

We don’t ask anything of the individual pastors to sign up and have access to the resources. What we do ask for is partnerships in ministry. Whether you’re a pastor of a church and want to make Pastor to Pastor part of your National Missions Budget, a business leader who wants to support Pastor to Pastor, or an individual who has a passion for seeing pastors prioritize their emotional and spiritual health, you can make a difference. Cohort Sponsors

For $3,900 we are offering Cohort packages that will make it possible for the pastor to go on a cohort retreat at one of our retreat centers for 4 days to rest and establish life-giving relationships with other pastors. This sponsorship also covers the same type of cohort retreat for the pastor’s wife in Destin, Florida as they make transformative relationships that have literally healed many pastor’s marriages. Lastly, this sponsorship will give the pastor 12 months of personal care and coaching to lead their church like they never thought was possible. For more details about cohorts click here.

Church Partners

If you are a pastor or church leader, we want to ask you to consider adding Pastor to Pastor into your church’s budget as a “National Missions Partner” with a recurring monthly donation. You can help ensure long term care for pastors around the country as we keep them healthy and continue to make these resources available. Most of us are part of church planting organizations because we believe we need more healthy churches. We want to invite you to take that same mentality toward healthy pastors. At the end of each year, we will give you a report to share with your church on how their giving has impacted pastors and churches nationwide.

Lead Team Partnership

Our Lead Team is made up of a group of committed individuals who have decided that they are going to support this ministry financially through their church, their business, or their own personal finances and want to be able to see the Spiritual ROI from their giving. The Lead Team gets specific reports each year to see the impact they are investing in. Reports that show the number of pastors we’re working with, and the number of churches and congregants that are going to be impacted as we help their pastor.
